Oxidation
Dull, chalky, faded paint from UV exposure over time. Common on older vehicles and dark colours. Correction restores clarity and depth.
Water Spots
Mineral deposits left behind after water evaporates. Left untreated they etch into the clear coat. Removed with targeted polishing or chemical treatment.

Paint assessment
We inspect the paint under dedicated lighting to identify defect level — swirls, scratches, oxidation — and recommend the right number of stages.
Decontamination
Full wash, iron and tar removal, and a clay bar treatment to strip the paint back to a genuinely clean surface.
Machine correction
Polishing removes defects from the clear coat. One stage or several, depending on what the assessment found.
Coating & cure
Ceramic goes on panel by panel and bonds to the paint. Cure time is required before the vehicle sees water, which is why this work runs through the shop.

What's the difference between a ceramic coating and wax?
Wax lasts weeks. A spray sealant lasts a few months. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to your clear coat and lasts 1–5 years depending on the tier. It creates a hard, hydrophobic layer that repels water, resists UV damage and makes the vehicle dramatically easier to keep clean. It's a long-term investment in the paint, not a temporary shine.
Does my car need correction before a coating?
Not always, but it's strongly recommended. A ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath it. If the paint has swirls or scratches, the coating preserves those defects for years. Correcting first means the coating goes onto a clean, defect-free surface.
How long does the process take?
Correction and coating is a full-day or multi-day service depending on vehicle size and defect level. You get a firm timeline once we've assessed the paint in person.
How long does a ceramic coating actually last?
Our coatings range from 1-year to 5-year protection depending on the package. Real-world longevity depends on maintenance — washing with appropriate products keeps the coating performing as intended.
Is this service mobile or shop-based?
Correction and coating work runs through the shop. The coating needs a controlled, covered space to cure properly and the correction needs dedicated lighting to be done right. Drop-off is available year-round.
